Lemon Juice the Natural Alternative to Hair Lightening

To naturally lighten hair, use lemon juice. Soak the hair you want lightened with the lemon juice and go about your natural outdoor chores. The sun will bleach the hair that has been soaked with lemon juice slowly and naturally, giving you a much more 'natural' look than chemical lighteners and is by far safer for your health and the environment.

It is a known fact that commercial hair dyes contain cancer causing carcinogens that we are better off avoiding.

The lemon juice technique works well for dirty blondes..... and will work on brunettes, and produces highlights for both.  Blondes get "blonder" and brunettes get "redder" or more "copper" depending upon their original hair color.

While it is not a quick process the results are far more stunning than any commercial lightener could produce. The natural effect of sun bleached hair far exceeds the quality of a store bought lightener. You may need to do this several times or over a period of a few weeks to achieve the results you want.

To completely lighten your whole head of hair, simply spray lemon juice through out your whole hair and comb it in.
